Shipping & Handling
Quality Handling and Shipping of your handbag is of utmost importance to us. Only the finest materials are used to properly protect your handbag. We have never had a handbag damaged during shipping. We use USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation in the United States and USPS Priority Mail International for all other destinations. The shipping cost of your item(s) depends on your location and how many bags you purchase as follows:
US & US Territories = $12.95 for your first item and $4 for each additional item.
Canada = $34.95 for your first item and $8 for each additional item.
Australia, New Zealand, UK & Japan = $46.95 for your first item and $8 for each additional item.(shipped via USPS Priority International Mail with Delivery Tracking# & Insurance)
We are also committed to speedy shipping!! If you paid with PayPal or USPS Money Order your bag will ship within 48 hours after payment is received excluding holidays and weekends. If you paid by Personal Check, or other type of Money Order, your bag will ship after your payment clears which is 7 business days after we have received your payment. Once your bag is shipped we will email you to let you know your bag is safely on the way and give you the tracking data!!
International Buyers Please Note: Potential import duties, taxes, and charges by your Country’s customs office are NOT INCLUDED in your handbag price or shipping charges. These charges, IF ANY, are normally collected by the delivering company at the time of delivery and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs COULD BE prior to bidding or buying. In our experience MOST handbag size packages DO NOT get extra charges but we cannot guarantee this.
Returns and Exchanges
Please ask ALL questions BEFORE Buying at Authentics4Less.email@example.com to avoid all preventable buyer’s remorse BEFOREHAND. We are positive that you will be 1000% pleased with your Bag if you have taken the time to match the size and features of the bag to your needs, but if you are not completely satisfied then email us immediately(within 48 hours) so we can discuss and resolve together…like real fashionistas should!!
Please do not remove any of the sales tags from your handbag until you are 100% satisfied that you are going to keep your purchase. Any returned handbag must be in unused condition as was sent to you and please mail back the handbag and all materials that came with your handbag such as dust cover, care card, etc once we have agreed to accept your return . The return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We will provide you with a Store Credit equal to your purchase price, without shipping fee, and will re-ship a new item to you free of any additional shipping charge on your replacement item.
